Look at that electricity pole or lamp post at the left of the photo. They must have widen the road & have not thought about moving that too. Definitely unsafe for anyone at any speed.
I guess, from the direction and length of the shadows, that the photo was not taken in the morning but around 2pm.
Yes that’s Brewster Road alright. I used to accompany my dad to this photo studio on weekends when I was a kid. The owner of the shop was his friend. It was fascinating watching him touch up the coloured photos with paint & brush. Those were the days before we had ‘photoshop’!
