This came to us via Ruth Rollitt – showing what we believe to be the living quarters for the staff who worked at the Geological Museum along Tiger Lane.
The house was either down the road from the museum or behind it. Not sure if this place is still there today. What say you, dear Readers?
The house is still there – there is a group of them, one looked o.k. when I saw them in November – the others suffering from the Ipoh syndrome of disrepair. They were the houses for the senior staff.

Still there when I last visited two years ago. I was staying in house no. 7, Scrivenor Road in the 60s.
