Another SMI group, but I don’t think we have seen this Brother in earlier photos, or have we?
Again there are some Scouts here, but so far we have not managed to get information about any of the Scout pictures. Any old Scouts out there please?
This photo has suffered badly from mishandling, probably by a young child as it has crayon scribbles all over the reverse. Nonetheless it is still clear enough for someone out there to identify who, where and when. We look forward to your posts.
This little photo is originally just 2 inches square. The girls costumes (or were they called ‘bathing suits’ in those days) are very interesting. Would today’s young ladies like the fashion? We are guessing the boys are from SMI.
Who are they we wonder and when and where was the picture taken?
Written on the back of this is “That’s my guitar, Victor”. Who are they and Victor who?
We believe that Sheares Hall, Dunearn Road Hostel was used by University of Malaya. Is this correct and can anyone recognise some of the party people here please?
On the reverse of this photo taken by Tahlu Studio Ipoh is written 3-11-’57. But who is she? Her name and any other information would be great!
